I've always said, "I am casual, but not about Real Estate." You'll see me in shorts and a Flip Flops quite a bit. I'm laid back, but I take Real Estate seriously. I am hands on when it comes to the home selling and buying process. My clients and their home, or home purchase, come first. I try to provide my clients with as much information as can be gathered on a property before making a decision. That way they will feel confident in making that decision, and not regret it later.

I also try to make people aware of the market, and how it will affect their ability to buy and sell a home. I have worked with many 1st time buyers over the years, and NOT ONE of them has experienced troubles due to the recent market and economic issues. I made sure they were buying a home they could afford, and one in which the monthly payment would fit their budget.

I live on the intracoastal waterway, and walk to the beach several times per week. This is a great place to live, or to vacation, and I love introducing people to such a beautiful area and putting them in homes they will love.
